Angel's thoughts on the Matter of Splurges
The KEY is portion control and self control. I have self control! I need reminding.
It is written in Galatians 5:22-23 But the fruit that the Spirit produces in a person’s life is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and SELF-CONTROL. There is no law against these kinds of things.
God has given me the ability to be in control of own actions. This includes foods. I choose the type of foods I eat. I choose the amount of foods I eat.

It's time for me to take back my SELF-CONTROL. Yes, I'm gonna take it back. I've let foods take advantage of me. No more! I will make better choices. I will eat my portion and leave more for others.
Starting this Sunday I will be eating clean for 7 days. I will use the principles from the Daniel Plan. Faith. Food. Fitness. Focus. Friends.
That's 42 meals: breakfast, lunch, dinner and including snacks. I've done it before and I can do it again.
